Please consider the world wide shipping delays due to current uncontrolled circumstances. If packages take a few days longer to arrive, refer to your tracking link or contact us for updates.

 

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Preordered items: Will be shipped out 2 weeks after ordering since they are not in stock and comes straight from our overseas warehouse.

 

 SHIPPING TIME FOR APPAREL 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All order details are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. We process the orders, which takes an additional 2–3 days.
  • Shipping for apparel takes 5-10 Days for US orders. And takes 10-15 days for international orders.

 

 SHIPPING TIMES FOR JEWELRY THAT ARE NOT PRE-ORDERED

  • Processing takes 1-5 days (quality check, packaging, verification)
  • Domestic orders take 6-15 business days to deliver
  • International delivery usually takes about 15–25 business days
