Return Policy

Refunds (if applicable)


Please contact us if you did not receive your product after waiting 30 days or more.
After examining your file, your refund will be processed, and your money will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Topmille will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered or the customer placed in the wrong shipping information.

Exchanges/Returns (if applicable)

We are currently not accepting exchanges due to the current pandemic.
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at hello@topmille.com

One week return policy (7 days): If you choose to return an order, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged:

If your item was damage or the wrong product, we will resend the item to you. Include pictures or videos of the item when contacting us for help.

Cancellation:

Topmille offers a full refund before products are processed by the warehouse. If you request a cancellation after your order was process it will not be successful. Processing times are 1-3 days. Contact us at hello@topmille.com
